The cleaning of parts requires the proper application of specific processes. The conditions and points of inspection of these processes are laid down in our process regulations which are a part of our quality system. It is essential that we always attain the same level of quality for you, the customer, so that you know exactly what to expect from us, the supplier.

Upon receiving a request, we go through the following stages :

• What part is involved ? (hook, fan or filter)
• What material are we dealing with ? (steel, stainless steel, galvanized material, ...)
• What is the nature of the dirt on the object ? (powder paint, phosphate deposit, ...)
• What is the necessary final result ? (scrap processing, recycling or repainting)
• Quantity and delivery time requested ?
• Do you have photos ?

If the object concerned is familiar to us, we can give you a quote the same day, otherwise a visit is required to get the specifics. In addition to giving you specific cleaning advice, we can also advise you on the post-treatment, the types of
paint and the further handling.

Upon arrival of the goods :

• An incoming inspection is carried out and a standard photo is taken of the goods
• An internal guidance document is created, containing the necessary information for our people
• Final inspection after the cleaning process
• Notify the customer of the further course of the delivery
